BHM08 Semi-automatic dry mortar production line is mainly composed of null gravity paddle mixer (with fly cut), finished product holding tank, packaging machine, bucket elevator, dust collector, air compressor system, control system, etc.
Compare with BHM05 simple dry mortar production line, BHM08 semi automatic dry mortar plant has advantages of high output, good working environment, and this semi automatic dry mortar plant can be easily improved toautomatic dry mortar production line in future.
Features:
1, Good dispersibility: the mixer adopt unique internal structure design, it can effectively disperse polypropylene fibers and wood fibers, which completely solved material segregation due to the different proportion and fiber secondary reunion.
2, Wide application: this dry mix plant is able to produce below dry mortars:

1. Feed hopper: for put raw materials into the bucket elevator.
2. Bucket elevator: to convey the material into mixer.
3. Twin shaft agravic powder mixer: to mix all materials efficiently.

mixing time: 3-5min.
Null agravic paddle mixer adopt double big discharging gate to enable discharging quickly and thoroughly. The fly cut device is optional according to different materials.
4. The finished product holding tank: to store the finished mortar, and make secondary stirring and mixing to prevent block.
5. Automatic packaging machine: automatic filling and packing at 10-50kg/bag adjustable.
6. Impulse dust catcher: to collect the dust from feeding hopper, and packing machine.
7. Control system: it realize automatic control whole production line on one control cabinet.
8. Air compressor: to supply air resource to the mixer and packing machine.
Delivery time: 15 days after deposit arrived.
Payment term: 30% by T/T as deposit, balanced 70% by T/T before delivery.
Warranty: 15 months from debugging.
Package:
1).Wire cables are used for fastening the machine on the trailer or inside the container.
2).Cork wood are placed in front or behind the machine to protect it.
3).Spare parts and instruments in wooden case. Plastic film cover the machine to proof dust.
4).Crane and fork are used during the whole loading.
