Automatic dry mortar production line is consist of triple cylinder sand drying machine, raw material storage silos, screw conveyors, elevator bucket, premixed tank, additive storage tank, high efficient mixer,

finished product holding tank, packing machine, dust collector, PLC control cabinet, and pneumatic system. Cement and other in large proportion material can be transfer into premixed tank by elevator bucket after automatic weighing.

Fiber, emulsion powder and other additives in small proportion can be precisely weighed by additive scale through additive storage tank or manual batched, then feed to elevator bucket manually.

After all material well mixed, the finished mortar will be packed in 20~50kg/bags or storage in bulk silo.
